Well, I believe revolution is only good if it brings positive changes to you & the people around you. But if the revolution brings happiness to you & misery to the people around you, then it is selfishness. We humans depend on each other for survival, if everyone starts thinking about himself only, it only leads to problems the Western society is facing today.
May Allah help & guide you to do what is good for you in both worlds :-)
No one can abide by the teachings of Islam while being selfish at the same time. The whole religion of Islam is based on the actions of an individual reflecting positively on the society. Islam is a religion which stresses alot on unity & brotherhood. Hope you got the point :-)
